Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Creaky Shed Florist website and the purchase of flowers, bouquets and related products from us.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Products

All flowers and bouquets are subject to availability.

As flowers are natural products, colours, varieties and arrangements may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or packaging with products of equal or greater value.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are displayed separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.

Ordering

When you place an order:

You confirm all information supplied is accurate.
You confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
You agree to these Terms and Conditions.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch or deliver the goods.

Delivery

We currently deliver within approximately 30 miles of our business location.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries on the requested date.

If nobody is available to receive the delivery, we may:

Leave the flowers in a safe place
Leave them with a neighbour
Contact the recipient
Attempt re-delivery where appropriate

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Wedding and Event Orders

Wedding and event bookings may require deposits and separate agreements. Specific terms relating to large event orders will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Standard flower orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date.

Orders already prepared, dispatched or delivered cannot normally be cancelled.

Custom, wedding and event orders may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

Refunds and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

A replacement bouquet
A partial refund
A full refund

Photographic evidence may be requested.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Misuse the website
Attempt unauthorised access
Upload malicious software
Use the website unlawfully
